RETURN BY MAIL

If for any reason you would like to return your item, you may choose to mail it back to us. Please mail the package back to us within 7 days from the date you receive your item(s). 

*Please note that we only accept returns for credit. If you would like to exchange your item for another size/colour, kindly return your item(s) back to us and place another order.

Follow the instructions below to pack your return item(s) and mail it back to us:

  1. Include the item(s) you would like to return and the completed return form in your package.
  2. Seal your package securely.
  3. Mail your package to the following address:

Note: You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

We suggest that you post via Registered Mail and request for a delivery confirmation tracking number to ensure that your package is traceable throughout the delivery process.

You will be notified via email once we have received your parcel. Upon inspection, if the item(s) has no defects, is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you via credit terms in the form of a discount code within 14 working days upon receipt of your item. You will receive an email from us once we have processed your refund. All credit vouchers will be valid for a period of 3 months from the day of issue.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

We apologise for mailing the defective/incorrect item. Please email our customer care at hello@joyletic.com with the following information:

  1. Order No.
  2. Clear picture and description of the defect/incorrect item

Our team will furnish you with greater details on returns via email.
